The general registration rates will apply beginning September 18, 2012 through the end of the main conference, September 24, 2012.
Some special excursions and post-conference activity days will have limited space and extra fees. Stay tuned for details.

Full conference registration includes:
Access to exhibitions, keynotes, panels and programming throughout the conference September 19-28, 2012. This can be any combination of two or more days of ISEA2012. Full conference attendees receive an ISEA2012 book and tote bag at check in.
One day conference registration:
Please indicate the day you will attend ISEA2012. Please note, there is no discount for students or groups for one day attendance. One day attendees receive an ISEA2012 tote bag.
Before registering for ISEA2012 you must provide a copy of your student identification card. Copies my be scanned and emailed to email@example.com or faxed to (505) 266-3461. A registration code will be sent to you once your information is received and approved. Please include contact information including email with your proof of identification. Please note, student discounts will not be applied without an approval code from the Symposium Management Office.
Groups registering six or more attendees must provide the names and emails of the group prior to registering online. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org a list of each attendees first and last name, along with corresponding email. The group registration discount code will be sent to each member within 24 hours of sending the email.
*Education Day Scholarship:
A limited number of Education Day Scholarships are available to New Mexico Teachers. If you are interested in a scholarship, please download the scholarship application before registering. Scholarship applications are due by Tuesday, July 31, 2012.
HOW TO REGISTER
We are pleased to offer our conference attendees online registration. It’s fast, safe and easy. You can print an invoice, receipt or a listing of your session selections and make changes. You will also receive important announcements via e-mail from the conference office.
When you register online you receive immediate confirmation of your registration as well as 24/7 access to your receipt and session selections. If you do not receive an e-mail confirmation within ten minutes of completing your registration please call us. Sometimes the e-mail address of our registration provider is blocked by your server as possible spam.
If you have any difficulties during any step of the registration process, please don't hesitate to contact the conference office for support, (505) 266-3451, Monday through Friday from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, after hours please leave a message and phone number and we will contact you.
Payment Methods: Payments can be made by credit card (Visa/MasterCard/American Express) we will not accept any other forms of payment.
Cancellations received in writing by August 23, 2012 will be refunded in full less an administration charge of $35. Notice of cancellation must be completed by submitting your cancellation through the online registration site or sent in writing by either e-mailing ISEA2012@kessjones.com, or by writing the Registration Manager, Kesselman-Jones, Inc., PO Box 30182, Albuquerque, NM 87190. Should you need to cancel your registration after August 23, 2012 the registration fee remains payable in its entirety, although a substitution will be accepted.
Substitutions and Name Changes:
Substitutions are acceptable at any time. Return to the online registration site, enter your e-mail address and follow the directions for making a substitution.
Registrations may not be split.
It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the conference organizers to alter the venue, content or the timing of the program. We will endeavor to keep you informed of such changes but any reasonable change to the conference format will not constitute a reason to refund the conference fee. In the event that the conference is cancelled by the organizers, the registration fee shall be refunded in full. The liability of the organizers shall be limited to that refund and the organizers shall not be liable for any other loss, cost or expense, whatsoever caused, incurred or arising.
Overnight accommodation is not included in the registration fee. However, reduced rates have been arranged at the host hotel. It is necessary to
contact the hotel directly with the booking reference specified on the conference web site. It is advisable to book early to secure these rates, as availability is not guaranteed.
Travel is not included in the conference fee. It is the responsibility of the attendee to make their way to the conference venue in adequate time. Kesselman-Jones, Inc. is not liable for any delays or non-attendance resulting from delayed or suspended transportation or weather related travel conditions.
